Position Description Great opportunity to join a high growth and dynamic business in an exciting industry. The Accounting function has responsibility for the controls and financial reporting of Fibernet Direct.Primary (Essential) Job Functions:(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by thecompany.) Manage a unique accounting function in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations and company policies Be able to lead complex accounting projects Manage the closing and reporting process to ensure a timely close, meeting all corporate deadlines Provide key judgments/recommendations regarding corporate accounting practices Provide expertise in property accounting, including depreciation, CWIP and inventory Manage and lead process improvements and integration activities in property accounting to streamline and improve the asset management process Communicate with management and external parties, written and orally, including executives on key accounting concerns Performs other job-related duties as assignedRequired Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA 5+ years of experience 3+ years Supervisory / Managerial Experience Strong GAAP knowledge Excellent excel and presentation skills and an ability to translate results of data analysis into recommended actions Self-motivated, hands-on style and the ability to drive results by translating plans into actions Proactive with strong organizational skills Ability to quickly establish priorities and meet accelerated timelinesPreferred Qualifications: Telecom infrastructure experience Travel is expected to be less than 5% of the time.

Accounting Supervisor

Location: Flagler Street near Miami Airport

Job Description:

  • Manage a unique accounting function in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations and company policies

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA
  • 5+ years of experience
  • 3+ years Supervisory / Managerial Experience
  • Strong GAAP knowledge
  • Excellent excel and presentation skills and an ability to translate results of data analysis into recommended actions
  • Self-motivated, hands-on style and the ability to drive results by translating plans into actions
  • Proactive with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly establish priorities and meet accelerated timelines

Preferred Qualifications:
